Flamerobin status for Firebird Advent 2020

This year we have seen severel snapshots and a few features in dev/master branch
Here are a few snapshots and changelogs :
Arvanus created first snaphot in a long time 0.9.3.2 for win32

Then he released 0.9.3.3 with quite a few firebird 3 fixes and features

In github there are two branches master and dev
On master a few merges were made related to C++14 support and removal of boost dependency and we are moving to cmake
On dev compared to master : support for functions and packages , fixes for db triggers and updates for Visual Studio 16
